Our Commitment to Accessibility
The SeanadVoter.ie team is committed to making the SeanadVoter.ie website accessible, in accordance with European Union (Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies) Regulations 2020. This accessibility statement applies to all content published on SeanadVoter.ie.

Compliance Status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 level AA. Some content may cause an issue, for example:
  • PDF documents are not fully accessible
  • Some form fields are missing accessibility features (e.g. required fields are not always announced, helper text is not read out)
  • Pop-up dialogue boxes do not fully meet accessibility standards for screen reader and keyboard use
We are aware of these, and other issues identified in recent testing. Improvements will be made over the coming months to enhance accessibility for all users. We will keep our Accessibility Statement updated as we progress.

Preparation of this Accessibility Statement
This statement was updated on 19 December 2025 following in-house testing. Assessment was performed using a range of tools including manual checks, keyboard-only navigation, screen reader testing, and Adobe Acrobat.
