You can use this portal to apply to be entered on the Register of Electors for the Seanad Éireann Higher Education constituency. This constituency will be in effect for any election after 1 June 2025.

You are eligible to register as an elector if you:
Are a citizen of Ireland
AND
Are 18 years of age or older
AND
Hold a degree from a designated institution

The 2025 Register of Electors for the Seanad Éireann Higher Education constituency will be published on 1 April 2025.
