You can update or make an amendment to your entry in the Register of Electors for the Higher Education constituency by completing a Claim for Correction of Entry Form.

Notice of Appeal

This form should be used by a person who wishes to appeal to the Circuit Court against a decision of the chief registration officer. The appeal must be made within five days of the decision of the chief registration officer.

Notice of Objection

This form should be used to make an objection to the entry on to the register of electors of any person on the electors list or the list of claims. Objections can be made by persons who are on the register of electors for the Higher Education constituency or by a registration officer in a designated institution. The closing date for receipt of objections is 26 March.
