Application for entry to the Register for the Higher Education Constituency

The easiest way to register is to complete the application form online at www.seanadvoter.ie.

You can also download a paper copy of the application form and submit it, and your supporting documents, by post to:

Seanad Éireann Electoral Registration Witness Form

If you do not, or cannot, provide a PPS Number in your application, take this Witness form and your photographic identification (ID) to your local Garda station or any Notary/Notary Public to confirm your identity. If they are satisfied as to your identification, they will witness you signing this form, and then proceed to sign, date, and stamp the form. The form can then be uploaded as part of your online application as proof of identity.

Claim for Correction of Entry in the Register of Electors

You can update or make an amendment to your entry in the Register of Electors for the Higher Education constituency by completing a Claim for Correction of Entry Form.

Notice of Appeal

This form should be used by a person who wishes to appeal to the Circuit Court against a decision of the chief registration officer. The appeal must be made within five days of the decision of the chief registration officer.
